We created this ride for visiting friends – we would watch the best of Paris' sights sparkle via charming little passages, medieval back streets, the glittering Seine…the Best of Paris in one unforgettable evening!

Because our group is small, we can zigzag to see more sights, discover more little corners than can't be navigated with a megagroup from the big McTour operators!

Our merry band of bikers meets in the protected Historic District of Le Marais, then off we go for a breezy glide to the must-see sights, a memorable ride through through inner grounds of Louvre after crowds have dispersed and, lastly, a relaxing boat cruise.

We pop bottles of bubbly and nibble French cheese + baguette deliciousness on Paris' most-popular open-top tour boat in front of the Notre Dame + Eiffel Tower as Paris sparkles!

We love the madcap stories behind picturesque Montmartre--the artists and poets, the singers and the tragedies, so join me as we follow in the footsteps of Edith Piaf, Renoir, Picasso, Charlie Chaplin, Monet, Cezanne, Degas, Van Gogh, other notables as we check out their old haunts, see where they found inspiration (or just a glass of wine!) ...find scenes from famous paintings. Then explore the Sacre Coeur  Basilica.

We revel in the bohemian atmosphere and taste the our way through legendary French tastes and learn about memorable stories like the birth of the 'Can-Can' dance...see one of the few sites in Paris where wine grapes are grown, and then taste the Montmartre vintage with cheese and award-winning baguette.

In the uberhip le Marais neighborhood, we go behind the scenes in Paris' most buzzed-about boulangerie-patisserie - SAIN Boulangerie.

We then commence a private workshop where we meet Anthony Courteille--Michelin Guide-listed chef & top Paris boulanger.

In his bakery we roll up our sleeves and, under his expert guidance, we will learn an overview of the techniques--hands on--of how to make delicious croissants, pain au chocolats, [and one surprise, seasonal, pastry] ourselves! Using top quality ingredients + employing the secrets of the best Parisian bakers-- we will make breakfast for the next day!

While our creations bake, we enjoy a tasting of Anthony's delicious [and renown] pastries and coffee.

Then we leave with memories of clocking a shift in a renown Parisian bakery -- and a bag to take away, of deliciousness for the next morning's breakfast (or an afternoon snack, we don't judge...)
